Not sure if the sanctions will matter too much. At most it will be some short term hype. They need a release for a the true value of the huge resources while a comeback of minerals. A one off sanction imo is a distraction.
Currently there is no hype for chalice and there is a bearish sediment. Once the dfs comes out it will break this. They need positive results or a new discovery.
