Drilling won't really move the needle here. The game here is PGM spot pricing (Palladium mainly) and cash preservation, waiting until sentiment changes.
More and more countries are restricting exports of critical minerals and I think this trend will continue under the Trump administration. One whiff of Palladium restrictions/supply disruptions and CHN will be back at $2 imo.
Until then, it's a traders game.
