Maybe.
Just went through this with another "nickel" company. They issued vague statements about multiple "offers on the table" through a third party media.
Then complete silence on the offers and is now going for a capital raise around 50% lower.
I will be very surprised if a cash offer is made on Gonneville by the 21st. Even more surprised if the offer is at the levels some posters are tossing around.
But seriously good luck. I am going to be watching this closely and will be the first to congratulate if the offer does come through at the levels the optimists here are expecting. It would be amazing to see.
