The investors at $7.20 weren't retail investors they are "big guys" and have teams of analysts. All the resource drilling data was already public. They know what they are investing in.
Chalice started writing the Scoping Study when PGE prices were higher. The Scoping Study was badly recieved when it was released because PGE prices had fallen.
Will PGE prices recover in the next 3 to 5 years before Chalice starts mining?
Will the soon to be published higher grade resource show Gonneville can be profitable even at these low prices?
