I don’t disagree with any of these “valuations “ , however nobody will give us anything like full value until we have an approved development plan, a budget , and most importantly all the govt approvals including environmental . The thing I worry about is that the state govt has been getting its ass kicked lately and will want support from the Greens at the next election . Whilst I can’t see us ultimately not getting approval , there could be some headaches and delays . I imagine CHN execs are currently working on smoothing the way . Being the optimist , I am accumulating at these prices.
