If the cash offers don't come flooding in by the end of the month, what price do you expect to see?
I am sceptical of any serious cash offers being made this year. And then you're basically praying that the SS paints one hell of a picture. And if it's not great then what?
I think people are starting to ask themselves these questions and are not happy with the answers.
