Any idea what the logic behind the following is?
1. There's a host of suitors lining up with offers already.
2. The company can't release the scoping study yet.
I don't understand how you reconcile those two things because they seem contradictory to me.
If scoping study can't be done yet then that implies certain information is unavailable or certain calculations are not yielding positive results.
But then how could the myriad of potential strategic partners be able to make these huge financial decisions already?
