Exactly, classic example GBG (Gindalbe metals) - Karara mining project in Geraldton, get busted and now in full control by Chinese (100%) and still in Operation, they fked the company and forced to put in liquidation, shareholders loose all money and they pick up cheap and now running privately, rinse and repeat, A40 another example (glad Aus govt intervened).
