Am I missing something here?
If we start with $11.30 from Bell Potter, then add the mid-point for Hartog (3 to 4 times G'ville) is $38.50 then add the Jansz and Bauding $4 & $4, that gives me $57.80. A very nice figure but not the $92. Then apply your conservative discount to the $57.80.
