Much of a muchness.
I normally buy the one with the largest discount at the time of purchase.
The only thing AUI/DUI dont have (which other LICs do) is Share Purchase Plans.
They only raise new funds either through debt/DRP/Rights issues, all of which are 100% pro-rata as far as existing shareholders maintaining their interests is concerned.

(compare to say Argo, Milton, Choiseul who operate $5,000 pa SPP's ... this favours small shareholders because the new shares are issued below NTA, resulting in a transfer of wealth from the larger shareholders to the smaller shareholders. But I suppose that is something large shareholders have to worry about)
