Yes I should have added the transfer from estate in my post, however I knew that you would have picked up on it..

I was looking at dui's nta and have reserached in and out both aui and dui. This was discussed before I know, but even though dui is trading at a far superior discount to nta, aui I find very very attractive.

As you said :AUI and the like will give you your basic exposure to the quality end of the market.. and for the moment my focus has only been on aui and wpl. Individual bets are in the pipeline. No need to rush into them before 110% due diligence is done. And im in no hurry. Patience, focus and discipline always win.
