I will check out BKI. I wonder if they have the same type of helpful ladies as CHO?
Anyhow, the main reason is that 2 outstanding lic's (aui and cho) is reasonable to hold. And then concentrate on researching and finding outstanding companies like wpl and tol is the main focus.
btw, I havnt had a chance to go through the slideshow of the infrastructure co. that tol presented. Any thoughts if anyone has already?
