    I second Gareth's thanks. As you know I'm a true "Boglehead" so appreciated your summary of his comments. Will be sure to read the full transcript.

    Bogle's "Little Book of Common Sense Investing" is a very readable book that summarises his ideas and provides incontrovertible evidence of the fact that indexing is the only way to go for virtually all investors.
