Chocolate berry pudding
In a medium bowl beat the following until light and creamy:
100 gm mixture of salted and unsalted butter
50 gm brown sugar or maple syrup
Then beat in 3 eggs
Fold in the following:
120 gm self rising flour
1 to 1.5 cups berries
½ cup yoghurt
2 tablespoons coco
Pour into four or five cups or ramekins lined / party lined in paper
Cover with paper
Bake in a baking dish with 20 mm water, for 35 minutes at 175 or until almost set / just set
