Lets go bit by bit.

First of all and most importantly a Polly Waffle isn't a lolly so yout thread header is misleading.

So the gist of what you are saying is that you believe there won't ebany contracts signed because the chairman is talking waffle or in otherwords misleading the market. I think that is dafamation unless you can substantiate your post somehow which I will give you 24 hours to do or it will have to be removed.
One thing Matt Birney was never accused of in his political career was being a waffler.
