I am very negative on this stock.
although i admit i know nothing of it.

one of my brokers ( i use 2 differnet guys. both let me down recently ) Told me this was one of the safest quick cash (ie $500-$800 drinking money) investment that he's heard. i was very reluctant to put my money into because im already in debt due to margin loans and the rest. but he was very convincing, and i thought i'd be able to cash out by now.

can someone explain me the go with transfering into an unlisted stock? I dont understand the point? how do we cash out if we want too if we choose to go with the unlisted stock?
if we stay with the listed stock will this be worthless as all hte assets will be in the unlisted stock?
