    Ahhhh that is where we both see very differently coconut & palm oil are both big no no's as far as i'm concerned far to high in saturated fats & wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole in my cicumstance but each to their own. Although i do know alot preach the benefits of coconut oil however i beg to differ.
