    too confusing re oils..

    my reading on coconut oil was that it is preferred given its ability to withstand cooking temperatures (along with butter)

    seems to hold true as any excess in the cooking pan seems to reform afterwards (instead of being to a crisp or absorbing into the food)

    what oils would you recommend peaceAKKI?
