as i said pomhat the only oil i use is Extra Virgin Olive Oil from companies with reputable reputations (there have been many EVOO that aren't infact EVOO) Extra Virgin oil is a first press many of the other oils are signifcantly altered & mechanically pressed at high temperatures which alters them. My gripe with cocounut & palm oil is based on the extremely high levels of saturated fat & with my requirements of keeping staurated fat below 15g a day it clearly doesn't fit
