    Just checked the Australian Heart Foundation. Still peddling their advice to reduce intake of saturated fats and salt. Don't they know that is dangerous to have low sodium levels?

    How, just how, are they going to do a U-turn on all this? Having been spouting the dangers of cholesterol, saturated fats and high sodium levels for decades, how are they now going to turn around and admit that these recommendations had no basis in science and were in fact the wrong things to do?
