I agree, nonetheless high cholesterol will lead to stroke, which is not entirely a cardiac issue.
There is no doubt that the pharma industry is pro Statins and the like, but why stop there. Phama will say anything it can get away with to push there products.
Mind you the "natural" is generally no better, if they can make the slightest correlation between "abc" and the health of your newborn they will push the heartstrings for all its worth.
I recently read the article in Time magazine, whilst waiting in a Dr's waiting room, made a pleasant change from all the the crap magazines in other waiting rooms.
I will post the results of my 30 day trial.
