And earlier today there were a few times someone was selling small parcels at 0.8c ... all that means is some investor is trying to see if the herd will follow if they make the share look stronger/weaker. Nothing out of the ordinary there; it happens on all stocks from time to time.
Just consider it a little shake of the tree around two competing price levels to find out which way it is going to fall.
