Yes, I think you may be right there. With lotsofhotels.com.au webjet are directly competing with wotif in the hotel market and capitalised at way less. In fact you could easily argue that they offer a service superior to wotif in that they offer flight/car/hotel in one.
Would be relatively cheap for wotif to just take them out.
