Really depends on your view of the company. Personally I think the uranium spinoff will be a real winner for shareholders and will create a lot more value than if the assets were left in THX, especially given that management are currently focused on other projects.

The only issue with trying to excercise your options before ex day is the possible time delay with them processing your application to excercise them. From the date of announcement there may only be a week or less until ex day.

I was holding THXO because they offer great exposure to a company with lots of potential (not only for uranium but all their projects) but if they do decide to spin off uranium, I want my share!!! THXO still excellent value but I think good value can be realised in the short term via uranium spin off
