    I am guessing you haven't got trading software or live streaming! Depending on who you trade with you should be able view the market depth. This will give access to the number of buyers/sellers and the volumes to be bought/sold. This can help you determine the strength of the buyers vs sellers.

    This partially free service will give the basic charts as well. It offers other services as well, for a fee, which you may want to investigate.
