    I don't think dropping back that far would be healthy. Plenty heading for the exits again if it falls another 10%.By the looks it appears that this was just manipulated upwards by some deep pockets to make a quick trade. If there was good news in the winds it wouldn't be dropping today.
    I could be wrong but that's how it looks.
