Not sure they need 30 million. Problem is that the 37 million was at the 23rd of Dec. That was a week ago when they closed 11 million shorts and we only have a picture from a week ago. We've had some holidays but also some trading days. Could be a lot less by now if they can close off those volumes in a day.
They should only have a day to report closures as it currently gives them an unfair trading advantage to the longs.
