Of course nothing is certain until the deal is finalised, but with a 13 mill market cap that will soon be entirely cash backed, plenty of cash in the kitty, and some seriously fat, juicy and shallow gold intercepts (e.g. 24m @ 10.29 g/t, 3m @ 93.39 g/t, 19m @16.69g/t to name just a few - don't know about you, but I don't see those every day) in one of the best countries in Africa to mine in, I'd rather be in than out.
Of course nothing is certain until the deal is finalised, but...
