IMHO, VPG is due for a "big spike", chartwise it will be a long white candle which is pretty similar to what cer did today. considering that cer has almost 2.3 billion shares while VPG has less shares at 1.6 billion. With the way cer was pushed it would be much easier to push vpg. IMHO, tomorrow VPG will take vengeance! with a little bit of luck, vpg holders will be in for a good day.....hopefully. cheers!!!
