I think the exact cost figure is yet to be determined. I would guess somewhere between $25 to $35 per barrel.
Although encouraging I don't think the recent price rise is anything to get excited about just yet. I think investors are just reacting to the increase in the price of oil and the fact that LNC is so close to the first production of synthetic deisel. If the they pull it off, then $1.20 will seem cheap.
