its the right LOW CARBON stock for the times as well HAVING MASSIVE market potential to replace all the old oil-fired boilers (and there are 10's of millions of those)and its listed right through the Euro exchanges !
$2 by the end of March shouldn't be a problem
A company as big as Nuon doesn't make a commitment like that on new technology without checking it out , this would be a full Nuon Board decision its got to be one of the largest NEW technology decisions made in Euro for a long long time
