When speaking to the head honcho I said it was ironical I should be assessing whether an insolvency company is insolvent. He maintained they have full support of their bankers and the deadwood is being cleaned out as evidenced from the notices lately.
Insolvency have a peculiar set-up which should be investigated before you make any uninformed comments imho.
