VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF QUOTATION Tiger Resources Limited (ASX: TGS) (“Company”) seeks a voluntary suspension under Listing Rule 17.2 to the quotation of its securities with effect from commencement of trade this morning, Wednesday, 27 August 2014. The Company’s material acquisition plans, referred to in the trading halt application dated 25 August 2014, together with related finance plans are still in the process of being finalised. The Company expects to be in a position to resume quotation of securities on Monday, 1 September 2014, however a further announcement concerning these transactions is anticipated for release tomorrow, 28 August 2014. The Company is not aware of any reason why the securities should not be suspended.
