So the bidding teams seem to be:
paladin and the chinese
areva and the russsians
India seems to be the lone shark
Koreans as a total wild card
cameco is only interested in high grade so i doubt they come to the table.
My guess is the chinese and paladin. With PDN having raised $400 million theres really no project out there apart from rossing south that would require that kind of money for their JV share of the funds. The chinese get the U mining expertise from PDN and stick it to rio tinto.
