Just my opinion, and I could be wrong, but you have to wonder why all this is taking so long. Not just a new project, but also the gathering of legal data for a case.
All this has me thinking that the world's best back door opportunity could come along, means nothing if directors have a mind set not to relinquish control. Put yourself in a vendors position ?
