Chop off UK - what's the result?

Even the most ardent bears can't argue with the fact that the original SGH - the Australian arm, still proves quite profitable.

Worse comes to worse in the UK (and really we should have a good idea of the likelihood of this in a few weeks' time) what would it cost SGH to ditch UK entirely? What would Aus operations only do to the SP?

Not saying I think at all this would happen, but I do struggle to believe the entire group will end up worthless.
