Your a liar Chops plain and simple. You read or heard nothing of the sort. I know it and you know it.

You also gloat posting every time the share price went down. Trying to justify it by adding a helpful piece of advice to intersperce your one liners. And for the record I fully encourage providing negative aspects on stocks and do so myself on some I hold and don't hold. However, I don't post almost exclusively on VRE as you do. Indicates obsession in most cases.

Anyway VRE is gone for almost sure so why are you still here given no-one on the VRE thread even remotely appreciates your comments?
