VIL still retain a 10% interest in the whole of the chorbane lease.

So what is SD worth to ADX or more probably GPX who have publicly stated that they want to consolidate there interests in Tunisia.

They have over 100 mill in their coffers, it definately has some value because SD was only one area out of many areas of interest.

So what is it worth $1 or $1,000,000 my guess is somewhere in the middle. If it was somewhere in the middle this would give us enough to at least kick off FP and retain our 72%.
