Chorizo in tomato sauce:
Fry in smoked butter three diced tomatoes until broken down

Separately fry two sliced chorizo until brown

Separately lightly fry 75 gm slice beans and 75 gm of snow peas

Mix together and add water to form sauce and a splash of sherry or port
