Director remuneration is set by the Board of Directors. Bonuses are set by the Board of Directors. The Directors are proposing that 2017 salaries be set at $297,000 for Peter Dykes and $495,000 for Anthony Dunlop (excluding bonuses)

At the end of 2015 CHP had issued 1.4 Billion shares (1,431,666,665). In 2016 CHP issued:
    213,333,335 at 0.003 for $640,000 (7/6/16 )
    144,500,00 at 0.0035 for $505,750 (27/6/16 )
    250,000,000 at 0.003 $750,000 (18/10/16)
    400,000,000 at 0.002 $800,000 (4/11/16)
    560,500,000 at 0.002 $1,121,000 (20/12/16)

By the end of 2016 CHP had issued  2.4 Billion shares (2,439,500,000) and then proceeded to consolidate the investments at a 10:1 ratio. This left CHP with 243,950,000 shares on issue and every single holder was left with only 10% of their original holding.

This  share total had increased to  345,000,057 by June 2017 and is set to increase again as CHP wants to raise up to $2 million  at 80% of the VWAP. If this was conducted at the current trading price of 1.3 cents, the company would have to issue an approximately 150 million shares (nearly 50% of the total stock on issue). This would put the total issued capital by CHP at early 25 Million dollars.

When it comes to voting power:

    Peter Dykes - 33,775,000
    Anthony Dunlop - 22,800,000
Peter Torney (CMY Director) via Bellring Pty - 30,626,246

Best estimates based on available information. Because of the last report, it is impossible to calculate holdings. In the 20 largest holders Poipu Bay (Dykes) is listed as holding 23 million shares and 12.5 million shares but then list as a substantial holder with only 23 million. Anthony Dunlop is listed with 13.25 million and then his fund Coolabah Capital appears twice with 5 million and 4.13 million shares. Bellring also features on the T20 list twice.
