    Why ?

    This is known as & called a dog stock for pretty obvious (multiple) reason's .

    RIO .... they're committed without being committed . Guaranteed they will walk just as easy as they will ACTUALLY commit . Drill need's to speak for CHR instead of CHR speaking for CHR .

    I'm not being negative , just realistic .... I cut these MF's way too much slack in the beginning .
