Should RIO walk away in the months ahead Charger would have received up to 4.7M ($1.2M + $500K + $3M) whilst retaining 100% of the Lake Johnston tenements. This would be enough to go about some decent drilling at Lake Johnston with only around 70,000,000 shares on issue.
Lets see if the deal gets up at the EGM tomorrow. If it doesn't Aidan will only have himself to blame.
