    Today provided some guidance that things may be on the up.
    1. RSI is about to cross up.
    2. 3 & 8 WMAs are now in line (a good shorter term theme).
    3. What one needs to look out for is a closing of the gap down from November (yellow rectangle) - close above 49.5 will satisfy this
