    CHR to partner with RIO to fund up to $40 million on Lake Johnson projects to get 75% ownership.

    Heavy drop this morning for no reason l can see, might be a good buying opportunity. l certainly took the opportunity to add to my load.

    $18 mc presently.

    Cheap considering the land holdings and new partnership.
