Had a look at LEX. Interesting point of comparison. MC about the same. Discovery hole of 60m @ 5.22 AU and .38% CU. Very comparable to SVY 48m at 1.39% CU and 6.33 AU last November. But that's pretty much it for LEX whereas SVY has been going for years and will be announcing resource in May or thereabouts (from memory) and was honourable mention in the Argonaut "best undeveloped projects" analysis 2020. Moreover the November announcement was supplementary to the SVY discovery hole which was comparable in grade and distance.
On the face of it seems a really good example of how SP waxes and wanes through the discovery and development phases of a project. LEX currently at discovery high with potential to ease over time, and SVY much more researched and solid but as CC himself pointed out this part of it is like watching paint dry.
Personally much happier where I am.
