No... there's no excuse for Tax avoidance...or cheating, as you say... But wait... Anyone with half a brain knows the Law is an ass... Check out the Panama Papers... The Tax avoidance from the rich... because they hide behind Slimy bean counters I guess it's alright??? But again... I'll pay cash...I won't ask for a receipt when paying cash for small jobs....It's up to the tradie to decide whether they declare the income...!!! As for your Civil duty to always obey the law...I guess there are some who are blind and will always believe their leaders...AS for myself, I'm not easily lead, and will do what I think is best for each other...We can not avoid paying tax. But anyone who doesn't try to minimise their tax obligations needs their head read!
