I have contacted Chris twice via LinkedIn in the past and he responded both times very quickly. Try that. So as for myself, can’t complain about PIL’s/Chris’ communication at all. Maybe they prefer transparency (and at least on LinkedIn you can’t hide) rather than answering to anonymous posts....?
