I can’t imagine what the Board and Gary were thinking by appointing Chris. He is a product of a bygone era and his performance at the Royal Commission will invite additional scrutiny from the regulators. IMO it more than anything else signals Gary is making poor choices and adds to my unease about the future of the business.
