Guess what insurance companies, banks, energy retailers, etc are doing to front line services. Guess what telcos and IT services organisations are doing to frontline services. And what on earth do you think our incredibly stupid politicians and even our incredibly useless court systems have been doing to frontline services?
Unlike them frontline staff are essential in service areas including health, emergency services, childcare, school education, the construction sector and road maintenance. Most of these do not need to travel toe the CBD though!
And where on earth do you think many of today's corporate leaders work ... many do NOT work in the CBD and indeed many of them WORK FROM HOME!
