What Munce did wasn't criminal in this country. There was no suggestion of him pulling horses up. He was getting paid for tipping to a punter. From memory he got 17 winners out of 32 tips, which is a phenomenal strike rate. Let him ride again. He paid a heavy price for his stupidity.
